‘AS’ Limited has a standing business partnership arrangement with Tsela Trading PTY LTD which leased Bekendvlei Properties through the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development. The total extent of the leased properties is 4748.7537ha and the land use is both Crop (Maize, Beans, Potatoes, Butternuts, Carrots, Cabbage, Spinash ect.), Livestock (Cattle, Goat & Sheep), Poultry Production (Broilers) and Game farming.

Secondly ‘AS’ has a Service Level Agreement with Koka Matlou Communal Property Association which secured a farming property through the Commission of Restitution of Land Rights for utilization of the land for farming purposes.

The agreements enable ‘AS’ to gain a strong competitive advantage in producing diverse agricultural food products and delivering sound pragmatic solutions in terms of skills development. Currently the produce are supplied to varies market outlets including Tshwane Fresh Produce Market, McCain and Informal markets
